Refunds, Returns and Warranty Policy
We want you to be confident in choosing the HeadX Kross. If things aren’t quite right, this page explains how refunds, returns and warranty support work.
Refunds
- You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your HeadX Kross, as long as the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving and checking the return.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent to you in error.
Returns and Exchanges
- To start a return, please email us at contact@headx.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation.
- Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- If you’d like an exchange (for example, to replace a faulty unit), we’ll send out the replacement at no extra cost once we’ve received and inspected the original.
Warranty
- Every HeadX Kross comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.
- This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- It doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any unauthorised modifications.
- If your product qualifies under warranty, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge. If a repair or replacement isn’t possible, we may offer a refund.
Making a Warranty Claim
- Email contact@headx.co.uk with proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if possible.
- Our team will confirm whether the issue is covered and guide you through the next steps.
Your Rights
This policy is in addition to your legal rights under UK consumer law.
